About Me

I am a qualified systemic family and couples therapist with over 15 years’ experience supporting people through challenging relationship dynamics, transitions, and emotional crossroads. I offer therapy in-person at the beautiful Nautilus Rooms in Totnes, or online from the comfort of your own space.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns of conflict, uncertain about a relationship, or navigating change, this is a space where we can think and reflect together.

Relationships can get stuck. You may find yourselves repeating the same painful patterns, wondering how you ended up hurting each other in ways you never intended.
I support couples in rebuilding connection, changing how they relate, and gaining clarity — whether that means staying together or separating well.

If you are parents I can help you think about your children. What is their experience of you as a couple? If you want to separate, I can help you co-parent well.

You can even come here if you are no longer together. 

Being part of a family, you influence each other deeply. Whether you’re navigating tension between siblings, parents and teens, or adult children and their parents, therapy can help you understand each other better and find new ways to relate.

You will be heavily influenced by your experiences in childhood. You may wonder where you can have more choice of who you want to become. 

Together we can explore how to make the best of your legacy from your parents or even your grandparents and other key persons in your life.
